With 3 and a half years of experience printing with FDM printers, we provide a technical support service.

Service Contract

  • There is a service contract available that you can purchase with your machine. This contract consists of a free call out for 6 months, and a free service once a month for those 6 months.
  • We sell the same service contract even if you didn’t buy a machine from us.

On-site Technical Support

For a reasonable fee depending on where you stay, we do on-site servicing of printers and technical support.

On-site Technical Support - Western Cape

Travel R3.50 per kilometer.
Callout fee R350.
Quotation for work and parts will be provided.
